What exactly does Cloudraft produce?+

A structured technical blueprint from your plain-English brief: a recommended stack, an architecture diagram, a data model, illustrative cost tiers, a build roadmap, wireframe sketches and an animated walkthrough. Everything is a planning aid, not certified engineering.

Does Cloudraft connect to my cloud account?+

No. Cloudraft never accesses, manages or reads any real cloud account, API key or production data, and never purchases or provisions cloud services on your behalf. It only generates planning materials.

Are the cost figures real quotes?+

No. Cost figures are illustrative ranges to help you compare options. They are not quotes or billing predictions. Always confirm against each provider's live pricing.

How do subscriptions and allowances work?+

Plans are pure subscriptions billed in USD. Monthly allowances reflect service usage and reset each period — they do not roll over. There are no credit packs and no stored balance.

How do I cancel or get a refund?+

Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

What happens to my inputs and generated files?+

Uploaded sketches and requirement text are processed to generate your blueprint and cleared from active processing caches by default after 30 days. See the Privacy Policy and Content License.

Can I use Cloudraft for any project?+

Cloudraft is for lawful product planning. It must not be used to design systems intended to break the law. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
