Terms of Service

Cloudraft is a software tool that turns a plain-English product idea into planning materials: a recommended stack, architecture diagram, data model, illustrative cost tiers, build roadmap, wireframe sketches and an animated walkthrough, exportable as a Blueprint Pack. The service is delivered entirely online. We do not provide physical goods, on-site services, installation, repair, diagnosis, or certification.

• Cloudraft does not access, manage, read or connect to any of your real cloud accounts, API keys or production data.
• Cloudraft does not order, provision, or purchase any third-party cloud services on your behalf.
• All outputs are informational planning aids, not certified engineering, security audits, or production-ready guarantees.

Outputs are suggestions to help you plan. They are not professional engineering, security, financial, legal or medical advice, and are not a guarantee of any outcome. Technical recommendations may be outdated or unsuitable for your situation. You must have a qualified engineer review any blueprint before building on it. Cost figures are illustrative ranges, not quotes or billing predictions.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 to use Cloudraft; users aged 13–17 require verifiable parental or guardian consent. You are responsible for activity under your account.

• Plans are pure subscriptions billed in USD (Sketch is free; Maker and Studio are paid). There are no credit packs and no stored balance.
• Monthly allowances reflect service usage and reset each period — unused allowance does not roll over.
• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Yearly billing is charged as monthly × 12 × 0.8.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree to use Cloudraft lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that use the service to plan unlawful systems.

We and our licensors own the Cloudraft software and site. You retain ownership of the inputs and files you provide, and of the outputs generated for you, subject to the Content License. You grant us the limited licence described there so we can operate the service.

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on planning outputs. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Contact: support@oncconsco.shop.
